WAIC OpenClaw Map
A live interactive map and digital identity layer for exhibition spaces
2026Solution design and product planning
About the Project
WAIC OpenClaw Map is an interaction concept for exhibition spaces. It tries to combine digital identity, live maps, and booth interaction to make the visitor journey lighter, more playful, and more measurable.
Core concept
- Give each visitor a unique digital identity at entry
- Show a live venue map on mobile and large screens
- Let visitors tap booths for intros, activities, and contact info
- Use heatmaps to help organizers understand traffic and hotspots
- Provide booths with a lighter lead-capture flow
Why it matters
What makes this interesting is the shift in role: the map stops being a static navigation layer and becomes a real interaction medium for organizers, exhibitors, and visitors at once.
Current phase
The concept is still being pruned toward an MVP, with the main focus on defining the smallest interaction loop that still feels valuable.
Key Features
- Assign each visitor a unique digital identity
- Show live maps and density views
- Lighten booth interaction and lead capture
- Give organizers a live operational view of the venue
Challenges & Solutions
- Cutting a big idea into an executable MVP
- Keeping map updates and venue interaction real-time
- Balancing value for visitors, booths, and organizers
- Making interaction lightweight instead of burdensome
